My most prized rewards in my teaching classes are the intrinsic rewards, that is the Happiness and satisfaction about helping one achieved one's goal.

One of the best experiences are from the 3 small kids Cheng Tat, Oylen and Reya with whom I shared a lot of good times teaching them some swimming basics, alongside with my mentor and his daughter swimmer and future teacher.
